Ecotone Systems Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panel is having outstanding NRC Value and an aesthetically rich look. Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panels are available in 6mm thickness and 295×595/1195mm size. Acoustic Ceiling Panels have 10mm dia perforation covered with Absorptive Glass Fiber Tissue Paper on the front and Black Colour Acoustics Fleece on the back side. Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panels are made of Cement Fiber so having some extra features like Light in Weight, Water Resistant, Fire Resistant, Thermal Resistant, Termite Resistant, and Sleek Design. For achieving the better Absorption value Acoustic panels can be backed with 50mm thick 1000 GSM Polyester Fiber wool or (50mm thick compressed Rockwool (UL certified fire retardant) of 60kg/m3 confirming IS8183) as an infill to achieve the NRC value up to 0.80. Color and Pattern of the Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panels are as per the Architects/client’s Choice. Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panel can be installed on T24 Grid System/ Silhouette Grid System. All makes and models of all items/samples should be approved by the engineer-in-charge / consultant before the installation. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Ecotone Systems Sleek Design Acoustic Ceiling Panel, made of Cement Fiber, Glass Fiber Tissue Paper Finish Panel. Sleek Design acoustic ceiling panel available in different sizes 595x595x6mm, 595x1195x6mm, 295×595/1195x6mm with square edge density 1050kg/m3 and having 10mm dia perforation covered with Absorptive Microfiber Coating on the front side and Black Colour Acoustics Fleece on the back side, thus making it Acoustically Absorptive, Water Resistant, Fire Resistant, Termite Resistant, Sleek Design Acoustic ceiling panels can be backed with 50mm thick 1000 GSM Polyester Fiber wool or (50mm thick compressed Rockwool (UL certified fire retardant) of 60kg/m3 confirming to IS8183) as infill to achieve the 0.80 NRC value and Increase the Thermal Properties as per Architects approval. The tiles are anti-sag and are to be installed on a T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick, Main ‘T’ length minimum of 3000mm, web minimum of 35mm to be placed at 600mm center to center, and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600mm, web minimum 35 mm, interlocked, Wire Support for Main T to be taken at every 1200mm lengthwise and 600mm width-wise, Specially designed for Acoustic Vibration management and long life. The Panel’s color Pattern shall be as per Consultant / Architect’s design.
