BIO FRESH The fresher the products are, the greater is their value for a healthy diet. The Bio Fresh safes mounted on telescopic rails ensure the perfect climate for keeping food fresh longer. With the temperature maintained just above 0 °C and an ideal air humidity level, fruit and vegetables, meat, fish and dairy products retain their healthy vitamins, delicate flavour and attractive appearance for up to three times longer than in a traditional refrigerator. DRAWERS MOUNTED ON TELESCOPIC RAILS The drawers extend on smooth-running telescopic rails and can be conveniently removed at a door opening angle of 90°. PREMIUM ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM The elegant Premium electronic control system ensures accurate compliance with the temperature selected. The electronic control system is placed in or behind the door or in the front housing, depending on the appliance type. The freestanding appliances also come with the innovative Touch feature. All the functions can be simply and conveniently operated by touching the touch control panel. POWER COOLING SYSTEM The high-performance Power Cooling system rapidly cools down freshly stored food and creates an even cooling temperature throughout the interior. A door contact switch turns the fan off when the door is opened.This saves valuable energy. GLASS LINE INTERIOR The sophisticated Glass Line safety glass equipment puts the finishing touches to the overall impression of high quality conveyed by the interior. The elegant Glass Line storage shelves are shatter-proof, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The high-quality stainless steel trims put the finishing touches to the overall design composition. The slide under half shelf option glass shelf lends itself to versatile use. HUMIDITY CONTROL DRY SAFE/HYDRO SAFE The humidity control plates allow the air humidity to be set individually in the Bio Fresh compartments. The Dry Safe in the Bio Fresh compartment with low humidity is ideal for storing meat, fish and dairy products. Fruit and vegetables are best kept unwrapped in the filled Bio Fresh Hydro Safe at a humidity level of up to 90 %. SUPER COOL The automatic Super Cool function lowers the refrigerator temperature down to as far as +2 °C for as long as 12 hours - ideal for rapidly cooling freshly stored food. DOOR ALARM The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection of the food. CHILD LOCK The child lock is programmed so as to prevent the appliance being inadvertently switched off.A symbol in the Magic Eye indicates when the child lock is switched on. HOLIDAY MODE On Bio Fresh appliances, the Holiday Mode regulates the refrigerator compartment temperature to approx. +15°C. This saves energy and prevents unpleasant odours from developing in an empty fridge if the user is away for a prolonged period of time. In appliances with freezer compartment, the temperature in the freezer compartment is left as set. SLIMLINE DOOR HANDLE WITH INTEGRATED OPENING MECHANISM The practical door handles with integrated opening mechanism ensure that the appliance doors can be opened with a minimum of effort. This is the case even if they are opened several times in rapid succession, thanks to the handle mechanism that assists in pushing the door from the appliance housing. REVERSIBLE DOOR HINGES The appliances are factory fitted with door hinges on the right. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of the appliance wherever it is located. SWING LINE-DESIGN Nearly all the refrigerators and freezers feature a design with elegant side-edge relief. The embossed Liebherr logo on the door puts the finishing touch to the timeless elegance of the Swing Line design.
